Designer Tip – Savings!

The best DESIGNER TIPS I can give you for saving are these:

  1. Work with an edesigner! That’s right, we are skilled personal shoppers who know where to hunt for the best furniture and decor for less. We have a lot of insider knowledge and we save you a ton of time and money so you don’t waste yours buying things that just don’t work. We also save you so much stress by providing a cohesive plan so you can visualize you home with ease and make confident purchases.
  2. Shop sales! If you love something add it to your cart and shop it when it goes on sale. Plus I always use Rakuten to save! All you have to do is sign up (CLICK HERE) and then you have access to cashback each time you shop. It’s easy, there are not any gimmicks, it’s really just one extra click and you save. It’s the best around the holidays and a great way to get more for your family and friends at that time of year!
  3. Pro-tip! Use Google Shop! It’s so easy to do a quick Google search for an item to see who else sells it. Google has an awesome “compare” button that will give you a list of retailers and what they sell it for. I use this for all of my clients to ensure they are getting the most band for their buck! Another good reason to work with a virtual designer- we do the extra little things to save that you may not have time for.
  4. Facebook Marketplace is a great place to find steals and get thrifty. It is worth it to sell your old items on there to make space for the new! Take an awesome light and bright photo of your items to make them as appealing as possible in the feed and price them to sell quickly!
  5. Check out an Estate sale- looking for something unique? Estate sales are great places to find past treasures for even better prices than FBMP. They do take more time and sometimes it can take some digging to find something fabulous, but that’s where the real treasures for less are found.
Here’s what it looks like when I shop with Rakuten. Simply click the little “R” at the top of my screen to save for my cash back and a window pops up with savings if I can find it somewhere else for less!

If you’re a Modern Boho lover, then these decor items won’t dissappoint. They’re super affordable, versatile, and not something you see everyday at say a Walmart or Target.

Et-Viola! Now you get to leave here with some great tips and tricks for shopping and saving friends! When you’re ready to start curating your home into a place that feels uniquely yours, I am only a click away! Check out design services (HERE) or tell me about your project (HERE).

Thanks for being here home-lover!
